This leadership program will explore the skills necessary for staff in public accounting to develop into future leaders of the firm. The program provides a deep dive on the topics relating to leading teams, crucial conversations, business development, diversity, equity and inclusion, career path and business presentation skills. Participants will have an opportunity to explore and build upon their strengths, and to identify strategies to work through challenges.
This leadership program focuses on the skills necessary for staff in Nonprofits to develop into future leaders of their organization. The program provides a cohort of similar level non-profit staff that will explore together improving communication skills, leading teams, diversity, equity and inclusion, career path. business presentation skills, among other soft-skills. Participants will have an opportunity to explore their weaknesses, build upon their strengths and to identify strategies to work through challenges.
This leadership program is designed to deepen the impact and influence GWSCPA Members have within their organizations. Content is driven by the current environment and the needs of attendees. Participants are working on real goals, experiencing content for themselves in a useful way while learning and using tools that will advance their organization.
