About the Program
Firm partners often tell us that they wish their younger staff had stronger management, communication or other “soft” skills," that they were more invested in a career in public practice or that they could step up to business development roles more effectively. Even the best technicians will struggle to advance in firms if they cannot master these leadership qualities, and we think this is an area where the GWSCPA can better serve our members. The Society and Foundation board and staff have developed a new leadership program that we piloted in 2016 with great success and have since had 73 graduates
We will soon be starting our next class, if you are interested in sending a participant for the next class,, please contact Meghan Jenkins, firstname.lastname@example.org.
