Audit Managers
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver and oversee the efforts on audit engagements with the ability to manage to budget
· Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction and lead change efforts effectively
· Manage, develop, train and mentor staff on projects and assess their performance
Required Skills and Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of progressive audit experience
· Active CPA license required
· Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards
· US Citizenship is required
Audit Seniors
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform as a team lead to assist in running client engagements from start to finish, to include planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits and managing to budget
· Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve audit-related problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements
· Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues utilizing electronic databases, and employ audit software to review and compile financial information
Required Skills and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of progressive audit experience
· 150 hours of education and a CPA or eligibility to sit is required
· Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards
· US Citizenship is required
Audit Associates
Key Responsibilities:
· Gain understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagements
· Research and analyze financial statements and audit and tax related issues utilizing electronic databases, and employ audit software to review and compile financial information to resolve client issues discovered during the audit
· Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform audit services
Required Skills and Experience:
· Minimum of 1 year of audit experience
· 150 hours of education and eligibility to sit for CPA required
· Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards
· US Citizenship is required
