Payroll Network, a fast growing payroll service bureau in Kensington MD, has immediate full time position opening in its Account Installation Department. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting education/knowledge with some experience; payroll field experience, especially in the implementation side, is a plus. The PIA provides telephone or on-site analysis to ensure clients are getting the best products and that they derive the maximum benefit from the products through adequate guidance and training. The PIA supports the client through all aspects of the new account set up and conversion process and works under deadlines and time constraints.

1. Minimum Associates Degree and Accounting
experience
2. Payroll and/or Payroll Tax knowledge is a plus
3. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)

4. Organized, Flexible, with Excellent oral & written Communication

5. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and detail

6. Problem solving skills

7. Ability to meet deadlines and work in fast paced environment
8. Desires a challenge--the payroll field can be a challenge!
