The incumbent will lead and undertake the full range of financial functions including long-term strategic financial planning, board reporting, financial statement oversight, budget development and management, compliance, financial and tax audits, investment oversight, management of financial policies and procedures, and supervision and training of the finance team.  The position also oversees the Office of Information Technology (IT).

 

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of financial, accounting, and budget experience in the non-profit sector, including experience in both federal and private grant reporting.  The CFO & Treasurer will have the strength to help drive efficiencies, productivity, and accountability across the organization and the creativity for ongoing problem-solving.
