Orchestrated the financial turnaround of an environmental engineering firm
by improving accounting process, revising pricing strategy, re-design of project cost accounting process, accelerating the billing/collections process, negotiating terms of bank loans, negotiating payment terms with key vendors, implementing flexible budgets and rolling forecasts, backlog reporting, and establishing fiscal discipline, transforming net operating losses to producing profits and positive cash flow, and enabling company to successfully undertake rapid expansion. , managing the financial reporting, consolidation and translation of financial statements, achieving compliance with foreign tax and labor laws, managing employee benefits, treasury function, currency fluctuation risk management using hedging strategies, conducting transfer pricing studies and coordinating external audits.
