Bylaws

Purpose:

This committee will review and update the GWSCPA Bylaws during fiscal year 2009 (July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009) and report its recommendations to the GWSCPA Board of Governors and members.  It is expected that this committee's efforts will be put to a membership vote at the June 2009 Annual Meeting.
