Suana Watson

Suana Watson has progressive HR experience including employee relations, performance management, onboarding and orientation, recruiting, training, compensation and benefits. She is most passionate about providing support to clients in the areas of employee relations, compliance and process improvement. She wants to see employees be successful in their roles and will happily engage in discussions with employees and managers to provide guidance. Her goal is to become more active in diversity, inclusion and employee engagement efforts.

Prior to joining the firm, Suana spent several years as a government contractor, providing comprehensive HR support to clients. In addition to her day-to-day HR support, Suana has been acknowledged for her commitment to customer service.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park, Suana went on to obtain a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management, with a focus in Project Management, from the University of Maryland, Global Campus (formerly known as the University of Maryland, University College).
