Nonprofit Section Meeting: Recent HR Trends & Challenges for Nonprofits

Overview

myHR Partner will offer an insightful presentation about the current HR trends impacting nonprofits and the challenges they face running their organizations in 2026. Topics covered will include attracting and retaining top talent, compensation and benefits packages for employees, navigating compliance challenges, use of AI in HR, and more.

The session will start with virtual networking via breakout rooms from 8-8:30am and the session will run from 8:30-9:30am.

Objectives

1. Learn about how to get Treasurer service off to a fast start from the organization’s point of view as well as the Treasurer’s.
2. Explore strategies for how to cultivate and be a more impactful Treasurer. 
3. Learn about tactics for helping the Treasurer to work with the finance committee and the benefits from scheduling annual finance committee orientation meetings.
4. Discuss how to help Treasurers to end their service term on a high note enhancing operational continuity and organizational sustainability.
